    how many hides?
    im getting a baby ball python in a 10 gallon cage but im wondering do i need a moist cave in at all times? because my cage cant hold 3 hides only 2 so i was gonna put in 2 normal hides but i was told they need a moist hide

    Two regular hides are fine. I don't personally believe a BP needs a humid hide unless the humidity is killer (30% or less). :)

    Just make sure your humidity is around 60% when they shed. Spraying the tank a couple times a day should help.

    Keep humidity at 60% at all times, and bump it up to 80% when they are in shed.

    Low humidity leads to respiratory problems and dehydration--not just bad sheds.

    crap okay i got aspen and im setting up the tank today i only got 10 days left to get it all perfect! :please:
