dont buy Vision racks here!!!

hello don’t know how many here are buying racks online! if you do be sure not to deal with http://www.terraristikladen.de/ I have never had such a bad experience with any internet shop! they send me grey spacers they have made them self out of things from the local hobbyist and layers were missing in the shipment so I cant assemble my rack complete. 12 of the tubs were destroyed as it arrived! it is over a year ago! with many phone calls/emails but nothing!
