    Possible RI??
I really dont think it is but my normal female is making squeaking noises. Her temps are at 91 right now (just ckecked). I dont see any reason that it is RI but I had to make sure. She is in shed and I am hoping its just the shed.:(:(

Its probably just the shed. If the noise is still there after the shed, I would have a vet look at it.

after the shed, you still hear it, you can raise the temps a few degrees to help her fight it. If it gets bad, Head raised alot of the time. mouth open, fluid coming out of the mouth, then she needs meds and right away.

SHe'd need medical attention way sooner than that. If there is ANY rattling or clicking once she has shed (if she is in shed) then she need immediate help.

The symptoms you describe are of a snake with a REAL bad problem, notworth letting it get to the point where it is that bad.

I have a Normal Male BP, and when he breathes he makes a squeek noise. I just noticed it today when I was handling him... It generally stays 82 in the cage, and the basking area is 88.

I don't believe that he is in shed (shows no apparent signs from what I seen), but I was worried, because he is my first BP, and I don't have experience in RI's.

I would keep your hot spot around 90-92*. A respiratory infection is caused by low temperatures. Generally I don't tell people to see a vet unless they have 2 or more symptoms as squeaking, or "wheezing" is sometimes caused by stuck shed in the nostril.

Keep a close eye on your snake. If you notice any drooling, mucous coming from the mouth or nose, or open mouth breathing, then see the vet.
