    Cooler incubator question
I plan on building an incubator from a cooler and had a couple questions.

    1. Does the placement of the fan matter?

    2. Where do you put the probe from the thermostat?

3.Do you put it right on the flexwatt?

    4. Also got a thermometer where do you put this? Inside the cooler and put the probe inside the egg tub.

Thanks for the help an advance.

I put one at the bottom blowing towards the top, and one fan facing up to bring the warmer air up

    2. Where do you put the probe from the thermostat?

I put mine right in the middle of the incubator

3.Do you put it right on the flexwatt?

Nope, middle of the incubator reading the air temperature

Just put it inside the cooler. That way you can average the temp by the reading n your thermostat and your thermometer. Though I'd trust the thermostat more so

Thanks for the help an advance.

    Hope it helps:D

    Whoops!!

    On question 1.

I have one fan on the bottom pushing air past the Flexwatt, and the other blowing air up towards the top.
