well i had my first escape. got a question
he finally out smarted me and got out of his enclosure. he got out through the smallest hole in the screen top that is above his cage. he obviously made it bigger. now my question is how do i fill that hole so he doesnt get out again. i put foil there and the fogger hose is there but i am pretty sure he can push that foil out and get out again. how do i go about filling the hole he made bigger.

I had something fall and poke a hole through one of my screen cages once. I went and bought some screening and some metal wire from home depot, and essentially 'sewed' a square of screening over the hole. It's ben like that for over a year and I haven't had any problems!

Buy another screen top. They're not that expensive. A lot less money than the trouble it will be for you if it gets out again and you can't find him.

    Just my opinion!
