Venting about a crappy day

I just have to vent. Its a bad day today. I am sick first off. I have a cold. Nothing bad, just a cold. Nothing I need to deal with right now though.

So anyhow I ordered a pipe lighter off of ebay. I ordered gunmetal. They sent me the silver one instead. They are very nice and taking care of it, but why does this stuff always happen to me?

I went to loan a movie to a friend of mine. It wasn't on my shelf. I keep my movies in alphabetical order, and am pretty anal about them and its not there. How does a movie vanish? I didn't loan it to anyone. I am broke and cant afford to re-buy.

I was then informed that the corporate pains in the butt are coming into my work tomorrow. I just don't want to deal with them

Probably the worst part of the day, a week ago I ordered a Mario Grandi pipe off of ebay from Italy. I checked the tracking number and guess what? It says invalid address - contact call center. The catch? The call center is in, yep, Italy. Even though this thing made it to the States, I have to call over there. My cell phone plan would make that about a $1.50 a minute. I can't afford that as I am broke. Now I have no clue how to fix this problem and get my pipe! My address is freaking correct!:rage:

Oh wait, why am I broke? Because the other day the my heat system failed on my boa cage and I ordered a radiant heat panel and thermostat from Rich at Reptile basics and that cost me a pretty penny. Rich is one hell of a guy though and helped me a ton.

So I think the last part of this is I found out today they are trying to push a bill through for a 700 some odd percent increased tax on pipe tobacco. Good ol Gov'ment cant stay the hell out of the stuff I like.

I had a pretty bad day as well.

The good thing: I put a deposit down on a rainbow boa! Hooray!

I'm sorry about your day. I always tell my kids, when you think you have it bad just remember someone has it worse. I know that did not help but chin up the glass is half full.
