Can someone look this up for me?

I am wanting to check to see if this breeder is reputable or not. His name is Carson Phelps from NJ...I was told to go on fauna and do a search. I tried but having problems and im unable to....If someone can check for me that would be awesome. I bought a pied last week from him but he keeps putting off shipping.
