    First shot at breeding
    Hi all,
This is my first year attempting to breed. got my female ~1400 grams and male about ~900 grams. they are in the cage together, I put the female in with the male he had the bigger tank, and they seem to have no interest in each other, so I guess my question is how long was it before you saw your first lock? would attempting feeding them help or have adverse effects on the situation?

    thanks all!

Patience is the key!!!! Just put them together 3 days on and 3 days off, when they're ready to breed they will.
You should continue to offer food for as long as they'll accept it (but never ever while they're in the same cage)
But again Patience is everything :) good luck :gj:
