Snake hasnt eatin in 6 weeks?!?

Im not sure what the deal is. I bought a year old BP From a well respected reptile store about 2 months ago and it has yet to eat. I have been good with keeping temp and humidity right and still she wont eat. Any suggestions? This is my 1st snake and im lost.

What are the temp's on the hot side / cool side what do you use to check the temps? what type of enclosure is it in and do you have hides? a picture would help.
