How old is it? that has a major role in how much of what they should eat. Offer it greens every day. as for the supers it depends on how old... and they eat a lot of them

    Re: Feeding Question..
I honestly prefer using crickets, roaches, or silkworms as a staple protein. Greens are really what they need everyday, I toss in some fruit every so often and mix her salad with a pellet food. I never went for superworms due to the phosphorus amount.

Generally as a young beardie you feed more protein than salad offerings, when they get older you feed more greens than protein. Mine's two years old (a little over) she gets her salad everyday and then crickets every other day. I get silkworms when I can (as they can be a little pricey and I can't order them except during moderate weather months). I do give some mealworms every so often, since I started keeping them for my leos. But yeah, silkworms and crickets are my staples and then mealworms every so often (but not a whole lot), then I have thrown in a random pinky mouse on a very rare occasion. Her salad generally consists of collard greens, sometimes other greens if I see them in the produce section, and fruits like papaya once a week, I try to get ahold of a type of squash, too (but too much gives mine diarrhea, and I've heard of that with several other beardie keepers), I also mix in some Rep Cal adult bearded dragon food with her diet (but never use a pellet food as a replacement to fresh greens). Make sure to dust some food stuff (either salad or protein, but I've found mine is less likely to chow down on greens with calcium...I imagine it makes it kind of bitter tasting) with calcium pretty often and a multivitamin several times a week. I use Rep Cal calcium and multivitamin. But the food kind of depends on its age.
