calcium and vitamins

how often should i put calcium and vitamins on my leos crickets

Dust with pure calcium every time and dust with a vitamin supplement with D3 once a week or so. Or just use something like Repashy Superfood's ICB... I find that to be the easiest thing to do and have used it for about two years now. Don't forget to leave a small cap with calcium in her tub/tank.

ok but why do you need the cap of calcium in her tank all of the time?

So she can get what she needs whenever she needs it. It doesn't hurt for it to be in there. If she feels like she needs a little extra calcium she'll go lick it.
