zilla jungle mix mites??

I bought some bedding for my ballie called jungle mix fir and sphagnum moss, I love this stuff man, so I was looking at reviews and one guy said he was using it for his 2 snakes until he discovered mites all over them!!

am I in danger of this or what??!?!

Any substrate has the chance of having mites in it. Usually they aren't the snake specific mites though and they are wood mites.

I just prefer to use paper towel.
