    a good weight?
    my little girl is about 16 inchs long and weights in at 245 grams ATM. i dont know how old she is, but im trying to find out from the breeder. she is eating a small mouce once a week. should i feed her every 5 days instead. thanks

    i got the same question. i feed mine a rat pup now every 7. i might go to five days. if i was you i would go to five and after she/he gets bigger feed rat pups.

    You could start feeding her a slightly bigger mouse. I usually keep my snakes under 200g on a small mouse.

    10-15% of their body weight is a good way to measure how much to feed.

    Its really up to you if you want to feed every 5 or 7 days. If you think your snake will eat every 5 days, go for it.

    lol thanks guys! trust me she will eat every 5 days! lol she has never refused a meal. i fed her today so i will try and feed her on wensday.

    The snake is probaly around 2-3 months!
