Splice (Unknown Sci-fi film)

I found this video by accident on youtube today.

Since then I looked more into this film and by the screenshots and storyline, it sounds like very intrigueing film. However reviews I've read disagree to that, saying it constantly borrows from several other alien films, and that it wasn't any good. Regardless though, I think we all have a little Crappy Sci-fi film lover in all of us.

The only confusing thing about this movie is that I can't seem to find out when it will be released. I'm seeing release dates from different sources ranging from the beginning of 09 to Mid February of this year? :confused:

Splice is a Canadian film. It was released in 2009, I think the Febuary date you're seeing is the European release.

Looks interesting.

I was waiting for it to rip her hand off.
