    Het Ghost
question for anyone. I have a het ghost that as he has become larger and grown is looking more and more like a real ghost. I was just wondering if any one had a het ghost that ended up being a real ghost or if it is possible to miss that trait when they are younger and have them lighten up as they get older? His sheds used to be patterned but are now clear. Just thought it was strange. Thank for the input in advance.

Hypos (ghosts) are pretty easy to recognize even as babies. I guess anything is possible from what I've seen in the BP world.

Het Ghosts tend to be lighter and brighter in general.

I've never had a Het turn into a Ghost (Nor will I ever), but I do have several Hets for Hypo that are very bright and clean.

Hypo appears to be another recessive morph with co-dom tendencies. Some heterozygous ghosts do shed clear like homozygous ghosts.
