My meeting with Senato Bennett's aid
    Good news.

After a long push and a scheduled meeting with James (Senator Bennett of Colorado's aid) I was told that Senator Bennett does NOT support S373. He feels it is a state problem and supports Colorado's small businesses. :gj:

I can't remember the word he used but basically he didn't feel it was a national problem.

yeah you know he pimping them snakes out t ocover the cost of the house and car in avator

I not heard anything from the local DE goverment about it or onthe news. I know it was just apin trying to get a person that knew something about reptiles to talk about the permit issues I have now. I think when I fill my permit out I will request that the state vet and or their appointed person would come to inspect the rack system and such. I want to show them my current records( notes) and maybe sweet talk them into a permit discount lol..( I can dream ) lol

The approach I took was. I got all the big reptile breeders, reptile pet stores, and the large rodent producer in Colorado and went in with jobs lost, sales taxes lost and small business closing, people losing their homes etc.

    Lynn,

When you meet with Sentor Udalls staff on Monday, you can tell them that James Hague in the DC office is working on this issue for the Senator. It will be helpful to them to have a point of contact in the DC office that is up to speed on the issue.

If you need anything, please don't hesitate to ask.

That is awesome. I tried to reach out to Senators outside my state (CA) by faxing letters to all of the senators. Good luck at Udall's office. :snake:
