    Question
This can be moved to where ever it needs to be moved to. I'm new, and not really sure where to put this exactly.

I ordered the newest edition of Kevin McCurley's book The Complete Ball Python: A Comprehensive Guide to Care, Breeding and Genetic Mutations a week before Christmas. I still haven't received it. Has anybody else had any problems with NERD? I know they're at the top of the game and are in no way intentionally taking me for a ride, but I'd be curious to see if anybody else has had any problems.

Love the site. I'm learning so much more than I figured I would.

well I have never bought any snakes from them but my husband did buy me the book for Christmas and had no problems. He ordered it late and it was still here in time. By the way as a side note I LOVE the book.

I do look forward to getting a snake or five from them in the future. Very knowledgable and has a great reputation.

    Re: Question
I called them about three days after Christmas. They had never even sent it, even though it had been charged to my PayPal the day I ordered it. I called again about 10 days (7 business days or so) and they said if I didn't receive it soon to call back. Yesterday, after still no receiving it after 4 more business days, I called again and they said they weren't very sure. Seems like a book (or snake) would warrant at least a confirmation number with the USPS or something. I'm just frustrated because I REALLY want that book, and hopefully before they update it haha

A snake has a life attached to it. Unrecoverable.

The book might not require the same attention but they should have record of having sent it out
