    Gotta love them haters.
A person in my science class who thinks she knows everything about everything, and I've never seen proven wrong about everything tried convincing me that snakes are devils and alot of other things like they will eat you when you're sleeping, and guess who proved her wrong?

Well heres what pretty much happened.
Her: "Snakes are just 100% gross, they will always try to eat you if they get out when you are sleeping"
Me: "Oh really now? Because one of my snakes (I haven't specified what sort of snake) got out last night and was calmly waiting in a drawer to be put back"
Her: "Yea and that gross thing probably tried to eat you"
Me: "Honestly? Look at me, I'm 6'2, weigh 150+ pounds, and this snake isn't even 2 feet, try again"
... Now is when she starts getting red.
Her: "Well they will always try to eat your other pets when they have the opportunity as well"
Me: "Ok, true, but not 100% true. They would kill/eat a mouse, a rat, gerbil, hamster and other small mammals and possibly birds, but I would love to see a snake under 7' and possily more then 7' kill a dog and eat it, and mine wouldn't even dare try to strike at my cat, like I said, they are both just under 2 feet"
... Then she just completely shuts up, turns around, and she hasn't said a word since.

Lets pretend I posted this on Friday since I forgot to ;)

Kind of stupid thread, but I just love proving people wrong.

Ignorance is a pointless argument. I argue with a guy at work almost once a week because he thinks he's right about everything. So now i've made it a personal goal to make him look stupid atleast weekly.

Well you got her to shut it...for now anyways.

PPl who know everything and have a chip on their shoulder make me totally crazy. Especially the really young ones. ugh...

I can learn from anyone...young...old...in between. I read something somewhere that said if you don't try to learn something everyday....you have stopped living. Well it was much more eloquent than that but you get the picture.

And some people are just ignorant. Look at what i found on this forum while I was looking for pics of a chocolate Ball:

This guy lost his ball python for half a year in his basment and the poor thing is still down there trying to survive on problem mice and the guy is afraid its going to get big and come upstairs and attack him and his children. Heres a response:

No way man! I'm guessing when left alone to eat all he can, he must be at LEAST 12-13 feet by now...I would get your kids OUT of the house until he's found. I would also suggest the use of a bear trap. Put some raw carrots or lettuce even some chocolate, ball pythons LOVE chocolate on the trap and hope for the best.
If you do happen to find him, hope to hell he hasn't eaten any large neighbourhood dogs or small children. I would also recommend that in the future if, godforbid you decide to own another reptile, that you learn something....anything about the reptile that you own.

Good way to catch one of the other stupid animals in the house, and I'm not talking about a pet.
