That frozen is bad is BS. It does kill some vitamins due to freezing but WILL NOT harm your snake at all.
This guy is just a spokesman reading off a generalized sheet he had to say during this interview. Ignore the whole video

no, i know it wont harm my snakes. i was wondering if i need to supplement vitamin b if i feed frozen...

No supplements needed at all with snakes since they eat whole prey which gives them what they need
