    Bee Morphs?
    So I've tried researching through the threads in this part of the forums but I'm getting mixed results.

    Am I getting the genetics for the following "bees" correct? :confused:

    Bumblebee = Spider x Pastel

    Killerbee = Bumblebee x Pastel

    Lesser bee = Lesser Platinum x Spider

    Queen bee = Lesser Platinum x Killerbee

    Please correct me if I have gotten any of these wrong!! And I can't find out how you make a Queen Bee. Thank you so much! :D

    You are right about all of them but there are more ways than one to get some of them. Any combo that can result in these trait's in one snake can make them.

    Bumblebee = pastel spider

    Killerbee = super pastel spider

    Lesserbee = lesser spider

    Queenbee = lesser pastel spider

    So, you get the Queen by Leesser bee x Pastel? Sorry for so many questions! Thank you! The genetics thing is crazy with these BP's! So many variations with such little differences in between!

    Yes you could get it from that. You would have a better shot with lesser bee x super pastel.
    Here is a good site that tells you what is in a combo.
    http://www.newenglandreptile.com/ner...ollection.html
    And here is the genetic wizard to give you percentages on the babies from different combos.

    What would you get if you bred a Killerbee to a Queen bee? :confused:

    Hmm I noticed all of these morphs can be made by just 3 main morphs, I have 2 of them already guess next I need a lesser!

    well im not sure if you would want to breed a killerbee to a queen bee.. i could be wrong.. but i know its a bad idea to breed spider to spider.. because well im not sure of why you can't.. i just know it has something to do with the spider gen.. and both the killerbee and queen bee has that gen.. but if i am wrong somebody correct me..

    as for what you can get ill make is very simple for you follow this link!!!!!!!

    http://www.worldofballpythons.com/morphs/

    it will take you to one of the biggest morph list for bps.. it might be the biggest.. and when you click on the link for one of the morphs.. it will take you to a diff page and if it has pics and vids it will show that.. and on the top of the page it will tel you what bp gens you need to make that morph.. thats where i go to get info on morphs!!!

    All a Killer Bee would do is give every offspring the pastel gene. All the pastel babies could also carry the spider or lesser gene. So you could Killer Bees, Bees, Lessers, Queen bees, Super Pastels, Pastels, and a Super Queen Bee (not sure if you would call it that.). With both parnets carring the Spider and Pastel gene you would have a better chance of getting the Spider gene and a chance of a Super Pastel. There would be no normals.

    Wow, that was a huge Punnett Square! 8 x 8 !!

    Anyway, assuming I did it right, I get the following for a Killerbee x Queenbee:

    12/64 Super-Pastel Spider Lesser
    12/64 Pastel Spider Lesser
    12/64 Super-Pastel Spider
    12/64 Pastel Spider
    4/64 Super-Pastel Lesser
    4/64 Pastel Lesser
    4/64 Super Pastel
    4/64 Pastel

    12/64 = 18.75%
    4/64 = 6.25%

    I think my brain is dead now. Hee hee.
