    NEW BABY corn snake
    i just got a new baby corn snake, i have a ball python as well. the corn snake i got has mites , they gave m spray for the mites, and i also have the corn snake isolated. Any tips on getting rid of the mites? and the corn trys to bite a lot is this just cuz she is a baby?

    What kind of spray did they give you?

    Put the snake on paper towels or newspaper until the mites are gone.
    You need to spray the enclosure with Prevent-A-Mite. You can get some here.

    It's the only sure thing that gets rid of mites safely for reptiles and for good.

    Chances are, because she is a baby, she will be a bit nippy. It will generally get better with age and a little handling. She could just be hungry too.

    thank you, the spray that they gave me is called "Mite Off" and it is made by zoo med. I am definetly gonna try to get the mite spray from the link

    Throw that crap in the garbage ;).If you can not get ahold of prevent-a-mite look for reptile relief it kills them little snotts on contact.You can spray the whole enclosure and the snake and it does not harm the snake.Just make sure you remove the water and turn the bowl upside down :gj:
