They are in Florida and will ship you a kilo of it - it lasts a long time and is clean/free of bugs.

You can ususally find sphagnum moss at a nursery or other places that sell gardening supplies.

Good idea. Many will sell a few different varieties. Watch out for fertilizers or other chemicals added to the stuff sold at nurseries and garden centers.

sphagnum moss is easy to find at any orchid/tropical/carnivorous plant nurseries. Californiacarnivores.com sells very large bales of sphagnum for ~$15. :)

Moss is great at holding himidity, it is also great at attracting fungus gnats and phorid flies, they are harmless but super annoying. Fair warning
