What to feed my bearded dragons
Hey guys,
uhh, what should i feed my bearded dragons?
right now im feeding them superworms, crickets, carrots, and lettuce and rep-cal juvenile pellets
is that a good meal for a bit?
oh and, how do i get some crickets in the exoterra tank without them jumping and escaping?
Re: What to feed my bearded dragons
dont feed them lettuce, collard greens or dandelion greens are a much better staple diet

Re: What to feed my bearded dragons
+1 on arugula. For herps that need greens, they are a great thing to throw in.
Look into roaches as a replacement for crickets if you want to cut down on jumping. There are other slight benefits as well. I'm getting myself a colony of dubia roaches started up pretty soon, you can breed your own and they produce various sizes as they grow up for various sized reptiles. There are multiple species of roaches available.
P.S. don't forget, variety is definitely a good thing!
