Is this bad (Too much food)
I have a huge girl that is nearly 2K and has been seeing a male for about 1.5 months. I know she is hungry (hasn't eaten for about 3 weeks) and tonight I was feeding. She and 2 others got a small F/T rat. She ate hers but they refused. I hate refreezing so I offered her theirs (she ate both bringing her total to 3 small rats). I saw her in a 2 to 3 hour lock on Christmas. Does anyone see an issue with this? She is a complete hog. I really mean a HOG. I think she would eat anything I give her. She is not obese though so I think she is still growing, yet making babies.

I don't think this is a problem at all. Last week I fed my assumed male (Not proven) three small rats. Not because I had some that were thawed and refused. I had to thaw the second two and I fed the three over a nine hour period of time. See my post here.

Today, eight days later, I offered him another small rat and he ate it with the alacrity of a man who has been starving for months.

When he ate the three rats he started out at ~1130 grams, much smaller than the female you're talking about.

In the thread I linked you, you will find that dr del linked six posts by Adam_Wysocki about feeding smaller size rats than the 10-15% "standard" opinion size. I'm going to follow his observations as closely as I can.

She's a big girl and Adam does feed the big girls more at times, so I think you're doing great.

I also had a little situation where I thought, 'Okay, maybe this prey was a bit too big for my gemstone (ball python)...'. Everything looks to be okay.

But if you're in doubt then wait a little longer with feeding her the next time - better safe than sorry.

I think this is fine a breeding female may still eat and will take a huge meal and the bolded statement should read "I never refreeze". Refreezing food items is a NoNo.
