    ??? for Admins about Paypal
I decided to become a BP.net supporter. I've never used PayPal for anything so I'm a little unclear on how the process works. I set up my account and authorized my bank to put money in it, which will take 3-5 business days, so it should post sometime next week. So my question is once the money posts, then I register through BP.net. At that point, do I need to authorize PayPal to pay BP.net or will you be able to transfer the money from Paypal?

You would need to follow the link to become a paid member, and it will prompt you to login to Paypal and authorize the payment. We cannot authorize a payment from your account.

Let us know if you need any further assistance when your account has been verified. :)

Rob, I don't put money into Paypal, I simply link my paypal account to my bank account, and then when I need to pay someone, paypal transfers the funds from my bank to the person that I'm paying.

So by doing that, my actual PayPal account balance will read $0.00 and Paypal basically acts as a money transfer medium?

That is correct. That is the way that I do it also.

Yes, that's how I use it. And when people pay me through Paypal for Robin's Nest Reptile sales, I choose to transfer those funds into my personal bank account.

I use Paypal as a buyer only and absolutely will never grant them access to any bank account of mine, I am just set up with a credit card. If you sell through them you must grant them access to an account. But if you only buy things with Paypal, I wouldn't let them put a hand in my pocket. You disarm yourself in a dispute by doing so.This is just my personal opinion.
