    Lifting!!!!!
So I posted awhile back about the stack I'm taking. Which is now as follows.
    Superpump 250
    Methyl Arimatest
    Hexaghen
    BCAA's
    Wheybolic Extreme 60

Just cycled off the arimatest and hexaghen and all I've really noticed besides maybe another rep or 2 is the incredible mood swings that come with it. I'll be fine one minute and then just kinda snap.

Bench has went from about 170-180 range to 220. (I weigh 175.)
    Military Press roughly around 145.
Closed Bench topped out at 140 (Was around 120 before)
Curls 45 in each hand w/ dumbells or 100 with a bar.
Throwing in a 2 mile treadmill run on a 15% grade at 8mph and wall sits w/ 2 45lb plates in my lap and 350 situps a workout.

So far I'm really liking my workout routine the last few months and it's keeping me away from cigarettes and giving me incredible strength gains and bulk. Would recommend all of these products especially in the same cycle. I notice I'm more motivated to lift every time I touch the weights. I do a week of high reps low weight followed by high weight low reps.

Probably doesn't matter much to a lot of people on here but the way it makes me feel I figured is worth sharing.

eeeee. i need to. i was going ever day after school now were on christmas break and they only have 1 hour and 30 minute times to go 3 days a week. 9-10:30 am.

    im 130lbs

i used to work out then i stopped and just started again a few weeks ago and ive already gotten alot better (back into the shape i used to be)... when you say your bench is 170 -180 what do you mean. aka how many reps and sets? i really just want to work on BULKING UP but im a hard gainer. I dont even really care about muscle tone, i already have it now since im skinny. I havent been running at all either for now.

i dont even know what i curl really since we do different work outs with different bars and stuff. one of the things we have done is with a 45lb bar, and 3 5lb plates on each side (75lb) you do 5-7 reps and then have someone take off a five plate each time so its like no stopping all the way to just the bar. you can put them back on too but im usually to tired by then.

anyway... last time i worked out my max bench was like 165 or something. and that was after a benching work out i think we did like 8 reps then 5, maybe 3? then a few of just one rep with alot of weight.

i was just taking this "Precision Engineered Muscle & Weight Gainer" every day

we have i think its -precision engineered (brand) creatine- too but i dont like it because its SO sugary its like koolaid. and idk if its true or not but lots of sugar like that just seems to kill my energy levels.

Whoa! The first question you need to ask yourself is.... What is your goal?

If you want to look like a guy on WWE, then continue to take things that are more harmful for your body than beneficial. Maybe you'll kill your family eventually and committ suicide right after. That's a true story, I think it was Chris Benoit. There have been a ton of bad psychological effects suffered by users.

I've never taken any performance enhancing drugs. My peak bench press was 255lbs, but I've never had a spotter, so that was 12+ reps of 3 or more sets. I have never looked like a guy who benched that much so I was strong, but I certainly never looked like Arnold. I can leg press over 700lbs and I've never found a calf machine that I couldn't max out. I'm not saying this to brag. I am saying that you are capable of doing this on your own.

I want to add that I don't think any less of you or anyone for doing something that "might" be bad for them. I think the most important thing you can do is whatever it takes for you to be happy. I think stress is the biggest contributor to short lives. Be happy, stay positive.

    OMG..withonor and I are agreeing...holy smokes!!!

Just be care of that stuff. My husband was HUGE when I met him and worked out at least twice a day. Looked great..very strong...but to be honest...I love him the way he is now. He was taking more soy protiens and some other stuff that I don't remember. All in all it still wasn't good for him and he realized allot of gain was water that was from this one thing he was taking. Still strong...still huge ....but really not a good thing and it can even be the natural things that are still not good. Just be careful K.

Have you tried any of the N02 supplements?

When I was taking that stuff when I worked out, it turned me into an animal at the gym. I was also eating great and taking Creatine. granted it wasn't much of a "stack", it did wonders for me, especially the N02

    Just stay off the "juice"!

i am not so sure you can blame the chris benoit situation on steroids. there are a LOT of people using steroids and other performance enhancing drugs that do not kill their families.

I do appreciate the concern. None of those supplements are roids though.

Ones a nitric oxide, arimatest is a test booster, hexaghen is I think they call it IGF-1 booster maybe? But it's for muscle growth and recovery, whey protein is incredibly good for you as well as BCAA both of which your body naturally produces small amounts of. I think before I was taking wheybolic? Anyways, I didn't care for it much so I switched to Muscle Gauge Nutrition's whey isolate and I like that much better.

Currently all I'm taking is the Superpump 250 pre workout, Whey Isolate pre workout and post workout and 6 BCAA pills post workout.

Cycled off the arimatest and hexaghen and not sure I really noticed enough of a difference to drop the 140.00 on the stack again.

A lot of people freak out about the word "anabolic" because it's most commonly associated w/ roids but technically it's the breakdown of complex cells into simple cells. Like fat - muscle.

One of the best No2's Ive used is methyl 13 c, as far as some of the best stacks Fizogen has some great ones, you pay for it but Ive always gotten great results.

    Re: Lifting!!!!!
Congrats man! Those are solid gains! I used to be huge into working out as I played football and baseball, but hurt my back from a sports injury in college and haven't really touched weights since. I had worked out from the time I was in 8th grade until my junior year in college. I've always been a hard gainer as well weighing in at 175-180lbs. It took many years of consistent lifting to have a solid base level of muscle built up.

Throughout high school, I took creatine on and off a few times a year but concluded that it was more of an inflatable state than anything remotely close to permanent. Once I got into college, I tried a few different 100% legal and what I would deem safe stacks. If you're interested, send me a PM.

But my gains were pretty ridiculous, even as a hardgainer!
I'd only really gain like 5 or 7 lbs and stay in the 175-180lb range, but my strength would go through the roof! Started maxing out at flat barbell bench at 245 and ended up at 295. Flat dumbell bench went to 110 dumbells. Incline bench went to repping 225 about 8 times. I ended power clean at 245lb reps. Those are solid numbers I'd say and I never looked anything close to an Arnold. Just looked like an in shape 180lb 20 year old.

As long as you do research on a supplement you're taking and understand its properties, I'd say they can be safe. Most of the people who told me supplements are unsafe are the ones who never stepped into the workout facility.
