    ASF setup made from wood
    Hi

I'm thinking on making an asf setup only using wood (and a lid of course) .

To say it simple it would look exactly the same like the setup from katia : http://www.ball-pythons.net/forums/s...d.php?t=109137

But everything what is in glas would be replaced by hard wood.

    This type of wood: http://bestanden.westerhouthandel.nl...0paneelwit.jpg

So a tank made by wood in place of glas. Beacause there are only flat surfaces there is no chewing possible. Would this work or not?
I can get 250x30 panels for 10 dollars each. And from every panel i can make a barge so that would be pretty cheap. And each barge is 60x30x30 (about 10 gallons)

Put a good coating of fiberglass resin over all the wood to make it waterproof and prevent chewing. Even though its a flat surface,if they get there teeth in they will be through it in one night.

There is already a special plastic coat on it that is water proof. But the fiberglass is a good idea i will surely do it
