What are you using to measure temperatures on your hot side?

Is she otherwise eating normally, pooping normally and normal activity level?

Are you sure she isn't going to the warm side when you aren't looking? I thought the same about one of our snakes and fluffed up some new substrate before I went to sleep and in the morning it was moved around.

Yeah, I'm sure you just might not be seeing her over there... as long as the hottest spot stays under 92-90*F, she's probably only needing it once and a while...

As long as shes still acting normally, eating and pooping, I would say not to worry.
