    Pregnant Doe
I have a pregnant doe. I left the male in with the girls for too long by accident while cleaning the male's tank, and one/or both of the females is pregnant. One female weighs 24g, the one that is pregnant is 26g. They are both around 9-10 weeks old. I usually wait until they are 12 weeks old to breed them. The male is a long-haired satin himilayan. The females are long haired satin blues. I can't wait to see what the babies look like. I plan on keeping the females for use as future breeders. I'm going to need to make more tubs! Update when she gives birth. She looks to be about 1 1/2 - 2 weeks along. Getting that pudgy belly.

I wish I could find some long haired ones. Hopefully the litter goes ok, little young but should be fine, I took in a non separated litter from a pet home and the females all killed their litters but they got pregnant a lot younger than yours.

Well I don't like to breed them this young, so she will have a nice long vacation after she's done raising the litter.

Your litters should be long haired and satin, as well as carrying the recessive blue gene, and some will be himalayan. Very well on your way to satin long haired blue point himalayan mice. :gj:

:O Oh I can't wait for babies from these guys now. I didn't even think about that. I have no clue about mouse genetics. So how do I breed for the blue point himalayans? Breed any himalayan siblings together?
