New Columbian Rainbow boa!

Yay! I'm already in love! I payed $50 for for him/her and I think it was totally worth it. Just one thing. Is it normal for them to hide under their bedding? I have a humid hide in there but he/she only took a small peek and started burying itself. Should I give it a smaller water dish and add a normal hide too?

Mine spends 95% of it's time hiding under the bedding. I've considered making some changes to the enclosure as well but he's never shown signs of stress or anything. I'd say as long as he's eating and healthy let him be.
