Just wanted to share my excitement of the fact that my new baby pastel ate for the first time since i've had her. I put a live mouse in her cage while she was in her hide, replaced the lid and waited...it took her about 5 minutes to come out of her hide to investigate, but once she saw that mouse....BAM. slammed it in a hurry. so quickly and with such ease that it makes me think she could have handled a bigger mouse or a rat fuzzie.
great to know that she is comfortable in her new home and ready to be eating.
