I don't a havea revenue since i not a breeder and make money off the the reptiles. but if need a figure for a revenue lost I can give that since i know i lost money going to pick up snake ( but i never kept figures ) but moat lost has been in fuel expenses. So a rough figure this year would be a net lost of 300 bucks at least.

The best thing I can suggest is to try and contact the companies and distributors individually. Some of the ones I can think of are:

    - Zoo Med
    - Exo-Terra
    - Flukers
    - Big Apple Herp
    - LLL Reptiles
    - Pro-Products
    - Reptile Basics Inc.
    - Boamaster Cages
    - Animal Plastics
    - Vision Products
    - ARS Caging
    - Cages By Design
    - Custom Cages
    - Drs. Foster and Smith
    - Natural Chemistry

These are just the companies I can think of that are suppliers. This doesn't include things purchased from other companies... ex. all of the Rubbermaid and Sterilite tubs and Accu-rites purchased from Wal-Mart, etc.

I wonder what percentage of Accu-rites annual sales end up in reptile enclosures. They probably aren't even aware that their product is so popular among reptile keepers...

    Hi,

Wouldn't USARK be a good group to ask about this?

I seem to remember them using similarly derived figures to put an estimate on the total loss to the US economy if any of the python bans went through.
