    Feeding Issue again same snake.

The only thing that has changed is, the humdity has been lower because of heating the house. I do spray the enclouser once a day to try to keep it at about 50%-60%. I am going out of my mind as to what the problem is. Here is the feeding history on this snake:
    11/15 fed 28 grams
    11/18 weight 406 grams
    11/22 fed 53 grams
    11/27 refused 70 grams
    11/30 fed 52 grams
    11/6 refused 54 grams
    Weight 12/10 414 grams
    11/13 Refused 74 grams
She has refused food for two weeks in a row now and is driving me nuts:rage:
Could she be one of the mouse only kind? How long can she go with out food before I should start to worry? I know adults go off fed for breeding but she is a young female not even close to breeding weight or age!!

Side note: All pray items have been rat pups or larger.

Ball pythons are picky eaters, and many do not eat if they are stressed. Luckily, they can go a long time, like six months or longer, before they have any health problems. What I have found that helps non-feeders start eating again is putting them in small enclosures. I suggest, if you have not tried already, putting your ball in a six quart tub. I know that it looks very cramped, but it should help. I have put up to five hundred gram ball pythons in six quart tubs for a few weeks to get them eating again. Wait until it eats for you two times before increasing the cage size. I would them move it up to either a 15, 28, or 32 quart tub. I hope this helps, and good luck.

If you put her in a small tub, BG thinks she'll be a more consistent feeder.:gj: She can go months without feeding.

Would a cb30 be to big? or mabey swich her to a 15gal tank? I would have to move others but swiching them up should not bother my mojo as she is a pig!!!

Good luck. It is normal for Ball Pythons to become a leeetle finicky at this time of year so don't worry too much though.
