Two steps you can take to Oppose S373
Here are two simple steps that you can do to take action against S373.

1)Here is a website that allows you to easily look up and contact your senators. Please do this today.
The National Pet Association : Take Action and Contact Congress |

    and

    2) After you have had correspondence with your senators, Go to the USARK web page, USARK • Index page , Register if you haven't already, and post your reports under the appropriate state in the S373 Senate Campaign. Again, that's USARK • Index page

Instead of just linking to the NatPET email form, it's definitely better promote www.nosnakeban.com. nosnakeban.com has a comprehensive set of steps that people can take to fight the ban.

Emails to Senators are great, but they are also one of the least effective ways to make sure you voice is heard.

The steps at the National Pet Association Python and Boa Ban Action Center (www.nosnakeban.com) is the most comprehensive and effective way that individuals can do their part in the fight. While picking out one option is certainly fine, others might want to do even more, so if you're spreading the word and trying to get others involved, please lets make sure that people are aware of all the things that they can do.

The www.nosnakeban.com site is 36 hours old and is still being completed. I put it up 1/2 finished because so many people that contacted me wanted to get started doing something right away. By the time Congressional offices open in DC tomorrow morning, the site will be fully operational and we will be ready to stand together and be heard as one loud voice against this bill.

Please also make sure to participate in all the other efforts that you can find, including the plan USARK is putting together, steps advocated by PIJAC, online petitions, media interactions, web forum campaigns, etc. It's all critically important.

Thank you for all of the hard work that everyone is doing.

    Blessings,

    -adam
