    Binder clips that you can buy anywhere... they work wonders.

    I use bungee cords, I hated dealing with the clips

    I currently using 2 16qt tubs from Target. I have them side by side with a piece of particle board on top of the lids and 4 red bricks holding it in place. It works for me till I make a rack next year.
