just a few python ban questions and needing of help

so im very pissed over all this and have been sending emails, that i doubt will help, im not trying to down any hot owner, cause one day i will own me a gilla monster, anyway, its so hard to believe the want to ban the constrictors and leave out venomous, I mean it makes no since that i wont be able to buy a RTB but i can hop the state line and buy a friggin cobra or gaboon viper, which not a lot of people survue if bitten, has anybody alse felt this way, not trying to start anything. but yea
also if the bill gets passed how long will be till it takes affect, the closest expo is jan 9, and i planned on buying a red tail, but i guess i’ll get me a yellow anconda and a baby burm, i’ve been doing research for over a year, but didn’t want one till out of school, but am scared i might not get a chance. if you have one that can’t take them away right???
