    hi i am getting my first boa i need a lil help i plan on using a tub with a heat pad under it and something to control it with or should i use a 20 gallon long with a heating pad lamp and heat bulbs witch would work out better tank or tub to hold humidity i have bps and i use tanks for them im consistently fighting to keep humidity up

    go with the tub, its much much easier to keep humidity in and if you go with a UTH and a light it will kill your humidity, I struggled with that for a month before i switched over to tubs and its night/day difference. You can either get a thermostat, or a rheostat to control the UTH, most will say thermostat, which you will need in the long run, but a rheostat is something you can use for the time being
