    Dinkers or expensive normals?
I've had this website bookmarked for a while, and sometimes browse to see if anything catches my eye... I can't afford another snake right now, but just like to "shop" once in a while. Just curious what you all think of this guy's collection, and whether or not they qualify as dinkers? I've been wanting to start a dinker project, so wondering if this would be a good place to get one. Here's the site: http://www.exoticsrus.net/Html_Pages/Ball_Pythons.html

I won't tell you which ones I like yet, since I'd like to hear your opinions first... ;)

A lot of them are what I would call "dinkers"--odd colors/patterns that are significantly different from normals. Some of those are quite pretty!

David Fernandez has some nice CH "dinker" ball pythons available. He has ads on Fauna and Kingsnake. Keeps making me drool with his awesome pythons.

i think that a dinker is just an expensive normal. if im going to spend 500 bucks i would rather get a nice morph like a butter or a super pastel. but is just me im just getting into ball pythons so i dont know if i will feel the same in a few years.

I think some are nice but to me it looks like he got a bunch of ch at 20 bucks or less a piece and is just overpricing a bunch of normals. I have had ch that look like some of his that he prices over 300. Alot of them i just dont see anything all that special.

When in doubt, check the BOI. Personally, I think they are incredibly overpriced and I wouldn't buy from him.

It looks like he's just another wholesaler that gets imported captive hatched animals and sells them for ten times what he got them for. I'd skip that site, I have a hard time trusting a business person who can't be bothered to spellcheck their catalogue.

    Dinkers or expensive normals?
I second Kryptonian's notion. I think some the Animals under $500 on that site don't seem special enough for the price (comparable to ch that I've seen for $50). Don't get me wrong some seem competitively priced like the unproven stripes and what not, but the specimens priced over a thou are interesting enough to be priced at $500 or so (without proof).

Check out One of a kind Super Ringer or
new form of Calico! '08 Ghana!
    @ $4,000.00
Very nice. would definitely get into that cinnylike for around $500

For some of what he's calling "Dinkers" or whatever titles he's giving them... they look definitely like pretty normals. Heck, I didn't pay barely his highest asking price for my PIED! LOL
