President Obama wants to have a very open administration. He has been very vocal lately about jobs and how if there is anything the administration is doing to hurt jobs or if they can do anything to help out with jobs, to let them know.

So send an email and let them know about S373 and HR2811 and how it will destroy thousands of jobs and it will have large impacts on the shippers like UPS and FedEx, as well as convention centers, hotels and other business's based around convention centers and hotels. As well as companies like Purina who makes Mazuri rodent food, Zoo Med and numerous other reptile drygoods suppliers and not to mention the countless other reptile breeders and sellers.

The reptile industry pumps billions of dollars into our economy each and every year, let the higher ups know about it!!

I actually did this same thing when HR2811 first reared its ugly head. I think I recall there being a limit to the number of characters you could send, and if that's the case, I wrote as long a letter as I could fit in the comment box. Even if not, it was still a lot of text. I might just have to send in another though. Couldn't hurt anything. :)

I'm in Canada and I sent an email. This will hurt Canadian reptile keepers as well, nearly all the manufacturers of dry goods are in the States.
