    help me please
    ok iv had my ball python for like two months now he shed once....
    he never turns down a meal but he pees a lot i dont think have ever seen him go poop when he shed he pooped a lil hes eaten like 50 times he has to of had gone some how there would be no room in this stomch hes on rat pups atm they have no fur or anything is that why? he shed perfectly btw eye caps and all if that helps

    Well snakes can go a while without pooping. What is your feeding schedule? What are your temps? Describe her enclosure.

    she has 2 hides one on cool side one on hot hot side reads 84-88 deg cool 80-82 she has a heat pad under one hide she usualy goes in there after she eats
    i use paper towl substrate i use a 75 w uva bulb in day and at nite a 50w infer red and i always leave the heat pad on

    do you control the heat pad with a thermostat?

    Well your warm side should be a little warmer (around 90 degrees). And ball pythons don't need a UVA bulb. Just a regular heat bulb if you need it to maintain your temps.

    Snakes can go for awhile without pooping and sometimes they don't have large poops either. Although if he has eaten 50 times in 2 months that is a lot. You should only feed him once a week (or once every 5 days if he is a baby). Is the area around his tail really swollen and big compared to the rest of his body? If you are really worried then you could try soaking him in a small bowl of warm (not hot!!) water...that often encourages them to go to the bathroom.

    If he seems fine though then he probably is. Sometimes they do go awhile without pooping

    i dint mean literally like 50 times im just saying hes eaten a lot and hasn't pooped i feed once a week

    If the prey is small then you snake may be absorbing most of it for nutrients, so it may take a while to build up a deuce...
