Saying THANKS To Folks Here Who Have Helped
On this Thanksgiving Day, I thought we could say Thank You in particular to those who have helped us out in this forum.

Getting our snake this past summer, I knew nothing and have been helped by dozens of people here. In particular, a big THANK YOU to Robin/Rabernet for coming to the rescue when wee Patriot became so unsettled to the point of not eating. The tank is now empty of newspapers and foliage, i.e. nothing in there besides 2 hides and water dish, and Patriot is fine. No stress, no feeling too open, nothing. All is well.

So, Robin, many thanks from me... and from Patriot too!

    Happy Thanksgiving, folks! :)

Awwww, I'm so glad to hear that Patriot is doing so well for you!

And I'd like to pass that thanks on to Adam Wysocki who passed that tip on from Kevin McCurley.

There are so MANY people who have helped me over the years. Thanks to Justin Kobylka who helped teach me how to sex my animals and has been an awesome friend ever since!

Thanks to Deborah Stewart, Shaun Pruitt, Trey Barnard, Matt Cook, Aaron Palmer, Greg Bennett for being such awesome local herper friends who I look forward to seeing and hanging out with when I can.

Thanks to Tim Bailey for the many talks in B'ham and on the phone that have made me a better herper for thinking outside the box.

Thanks to Kevin and Kara for opening up their home to me not once but twice for "ball python boot camp", and to Kara for becoming one of my dearest friends. Someone who will be a lifelong friend, even after the reptiles are gone (hopefully they never will be! LOL)

Thanks to Judy for being a rock and a solid leader here and one of the best friends a person could ask for.

Thanks to Ed Duepree for paying it forward, by offering me a breeding loan a few years ago, and as a result has become an awesome friend - someone I can count on to make me laugh every single time we talk.

Thanks to Emily and Nate for their friendship and some of the best co-owners of this site with Judy and I. We make a great team!

Thanks to the entire staff of BP.net - for tirelessly volunteering their time, when they could be spending it with family and friends, to keep this site running and as friendly as it can be. Even under the scrutiny and criticisms that sometimes come their way. And for being the bigger person in those situations and keeping their cool! Couldn't ask for a better team!

Thanks to so many people who I am sure that I have left out, but didn't intend to! I am also thankful to my animals - who without them, I would not have met so many wonderful people through this forum!
