.I have a Ted Shed,insulated, 12ft x 16ft, that I am lookign into installing a exhaust fan.I currently have over 300 rats in there but it gets too hot and my numbers are coming down..What size fan would you recomment and how many cfm's would it be...How much should this cool my shed if I run it 24 hrs a day??...thanks in advance
