    Is it too early?
I was cleaning my pastels cage today and she has been looking bigger then normal and her tail (past the vent) is looking very small in comparison to the rest of her body, I have been pairing her with my proven lesser since October 1st. My question is, is it to early to feel folicles? I palpated her when I noticed she was bigger then normal and thought I felt folicles but there were too many i think. I counted 12 little bumps from half way down her body, could those be folicles or something else? She just pooped today so I dont think it was rat, and when I palpated my other breeding female I didnt feel any, Im just concerned with the ammount I felt, its her first year and I dont think she has 12 eggs developing, any help would be great.:please::please:

You could very easily be feeling follicles at this time. Some females develop them fairly quickly. Good luck.:gj:

Ya we have a lot of girls right now that have 20+mm Follicles(we have an ultrasound machine) but they are about dime sized, they are pretty easy to feel at that size. Good Luck this year!:gj:
