    anoles and vivarium
    Hi all,

I am looking to get a 55 gallon aquarium from a friend. Anyways I want to make it into a natural type vivarium (soil, plants, the works). Anyway since anoles tend to be a "no touch" reptile, how would I go about feeding them? I would assume that I would just put crickets in the cage, however I am worried they will breed and overrun the tank....

    Any ideas?

    *bump*

No suggestions? Is there anything such as a mini cricket? (a cricket naturally small, not a pin head, I know of those, just ones that don't grow big...)

    I found this

If crickets are left uneaten in the enclosure, be sure to provide them with proper cricket food and moisture - otherwise, they will eat whatever is handy: your anoles!

Just get a small egg carton and put it upside down, or another type of hide for the crickets.

Thank you very much. I had found that before. I'd imagine I'd find a way do it.

put a cup in the most used part of the cage filled with the crickets. they will notice the crickets and go in to get them.
