Hey guys. Just want to say what a great site this is. I learned so much from everyone here. I've had my normal ball (Sama, prounced S'ma) for a week now. Today was scheduled to be her first feeding. I was nervous about whether she would eat or not. I've read a lot about Ball's not eating for various reasons. I dangled the freshly thawed fuzzy in front of her hide and before I knew what had happened, I saw a blur, felt and heard a thump, and the fuzzy was gone. Amazing. I just did not expect the strike to be so fast and hard. She struck her second fuzzy just as fast and powerfully. Wow, what impressive animals these Balls are. Hopefully, if I can figure out how to post photographs, I will post some soon. Later guys.
