Artificial plant/foliage question

My ball's new RBI cage is coming this week and I am in the market for some artificial plants. Before I buy some, I'm curious if there are any types that should be avoided due to toxic plastics, etc.

Any thoughts or suggestions on plants?

Just don't go ape with them, not that it will hurt the snake. It just becomes a pain when you have to clean all that stuff. You'll love the cage!

I have never heard of any plastic plants causing problems to ball pythons, I wouldnt go out and buy any with glitter or any unnecessarys on them, wally worlds craft section seems to be a great place to find what your looking for.

Any of the plastic plants offered at pet stores are safe.

I would assume any kind of plastic plants are okay really. I know a lot of people get their fake plants from craft stores since they are dirt cheap there.

Here's my thread about our bad incident that could've been so much worse had it happened while we were away for the weekend. I've since noticed that most of that long type of foliage (as opposed to a bunch joined together) are on death trap chains.

True, but they are SO expensive! I've found them for much cheaper at craft stores. As long as you bleach them before you stick them in the enclosure, they shouldn't cause any troubles.
