    That's right... the two eggs finally hatched!!!
    Day 148, two eggs, 2 babies, awesome OMG color, so perfect looking. I'm astounded.

    Since my truck blew up yesterday, this was a god-send as far as good things happening.

    That's the remnants of vit/calcium powder. The other bowl is currantly soaking, then tomorrow they'll be eating crickets more likely.

    Since varanid breeding is still in its infancy, especially in regards to the larger species, I will extend a very sincere congratulations on this accomplishment.

    Not many undertake this venture, what with the rock bottom prices of imports, but for the discerning varanophile, proper compensation for your efforts will be easily obtained. Personally I will only purchase CB animals, and the price is not one of the things I consider as far as varanids go.

    Again congratulations on those beautiful hatchlings. I'm so envious.

    And I too would appreciate pictures of the parents, and their enclosure/s.
