Just a curious question??

I own a male BP and just have a curious question about female BPs....Will they lay a clutch of unfertilized (slugs I think are the lingo) when copulation does not occur? Or do they only lay eggs after insemination?

Pretty sure they only lay after insemination. Other wise the eggs are just reabsorbed into the body.
