Is it just Big Gunns?

Or do you need to be a total forum geek(we know BG is a genius) to figure out how to make a poll. BG always sees a mod fixing someones thread to make it a poll. Is there a "how to" somewhere, because even Big Gunns can't figure it out.:taz::taz:

Once the thread is posted, I don't think you can go back and add a poll. Maybe if the thread is still editable in your 10 minute window?

If you want to add a poll, and can't - shoot one of us a PM :)

LOL - I am with you BG!!! I could never figure it out on my own either. I guess I will need to ask someone too :gj:

Here is a suggestion. When you start a new thread,why not just add a "post a poll" button next to the "Submit New Thread" and "Preview Post" buttons, which would link you to the poll options, instead of hiding it at the bottom of the page?

Why would BG need a poll in the first place? I thought... The Man, The Myth, The Legend, in his own mind, already had all the answers, So wouldn't a poll asking for others input be useless?? :confused:

Well, *we* aren't necessarily "hiding" it anywhere. That's just where the makers of vBulletin have put it. Up until now, I've seen no reason move it anywhere other than where it is.

For others, it's harder to find than I realized - so I will definitely take your idea into consideration.

I have always seen it. I just don't know what happens after you check and have never made an attempt to...

When you "check" the box it takes you to the screen where you can set your poll up...
