    hey everyone, i havent been around much for the past 3 years or so. i was overseas for most of it and i really fell outa snake keeping.

    anyways... a friend gave me a completely busted up Ibanez Gio and i opened it up and all the wiring is completely messed up. any one know how to rewire a gutiar?

    Well first u gotta take the old ones off lol....and I would youtube a video or read instruction on how to do it...will be too hard to explain :(

    I was under the impression that the OP meant rewiring the electrical wiring that leads from the pickups to the sound out port, however if you're looking for restringing directions, that's much easier :)

    Ohh, I read the post wrong, wiring the guitar makes more sense. I was thinking strings.
